The short answer
We correct factual errors on the page where they appeared, with a dated note explaining what changed. We do not silently edit published claims. Report an error to editorial@remediationinsider.com.
How we handle errors
- Factual error in a published claim. Corrected on the page, with a dated correction note at the foot of the article stating what was wrong and what it now says.
- Updated data. When a dataset we rely on is refreshed, we update the figures and change the “last updated” date. Routine data refreshes are noted on the article but are not corrections.
- Typographical or link errors. Fixed without a note, as they do not change meaning.
- A claim we can no longer support. Removed, with a note saying it was removed and why.
Why this page exists
We reviewed the leading publications and service-company sites in this industry before launching. None of the ones we examined published a corrections policy, and one trade publication’s content management system ships a correction style that its articles never use. Publishing this policy is a low bar, and it is one the trade currently does not clear.
Corrections log
No corrections have been issued yet. This publication launched in September 2026. When corrections are issued they will be listed here with the date, the article, and what changed.

Email editorial@remediationinsider.com. Point to the specific claim and, if you can, the source that contradicts it. We would rather be corrected than be wrong.
